TS1610 clutch info

Looking for info on clutch adjustment for iseki 1610 , is there a seperate PTO clutch at all. Problem I have is the PTO keeps driving the tractor and cant change gears to reverse when using the slasher. I am not sure if it has seperate PTO clutch , 2 stage clutch or (being small type tractor) this is normal and I need to get an over run clutch for the PTO (if this will remedy the problem)

It is a transmission driven pto. It is operating normally. You need an overrunning clutch.
