Backhoe Trying to identify my Ford Industrial Tractor

All, I have looked all over the internet to try and identify the engine I have in my tractor, so I can buy a rebuild kit for it. The number I found just aft of the starter are as follows:

7E31
45011F
177423 7F13

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You might try posting a picture of the tractor, to give people a better idea of what you have. Also the serial number.

Also, look on the underneath side of the cover over the battery, sometimes there is a tag there that will give additional information.

It’s a early 4500 (65-68)
