If you look at the first photo, where the top link connects to implement there should be 2 peices of steel there and the top link goes between and then your pin holds it all. One of those peices is broken down probably 14-16 inches. It bolts on so I was hopping to get a pre drilled replacement part but if not I'll appreciate the advice on tracking down the right peice of steel to fab. I just don't know that much about steel. Lol.
Sorry I wasn't very specific on what part I was looking for! Its on the connecting peices for the top link. I don't know what it's called! Check the first photo and look at the top link and you'll see what I mean. It looks to have broken off about 14 inches or so down.Search Results | Agri Supply

I found a diagram finally! It looks like it's called the "top link bracket" it looks like a dearborn 10-89 lift type subsoiler.
I actually found a parts manual for this earlier! I found a part number, which of course brought no results lol
