Hi All,
First post here. I Read about the re-engine projects for the Horse tillers. Well I took the plunge. Bought a 6.5 Predator from HF:thumbsup:. It really was quite easy to remove the old one and replace the engine. Surprised the heck out of me. The only problem I had was with the Trans input pulley. The Trans. side of the pulley was "wallered out" I suppose due to the loosening of the retaining bolt:mad:. Anyway I found a new one at RepairClinic .com and had it shipped. Installed it ad the Horse tiller runs like a thorobred Tonight I gave an initial tilling to the garden before we get some rain. Life is Good!!! Thanks for the inspiration you guys. John

I did the same, but can't till uphill or really deep. Too much tilt for the oil level sensor. Disconnect it and go (after checking oil level.)
