Traveling Speeds

I am going to check my L35's speed against the table that comes in the manual.

It lists the supposed speed against each gear. i.e. gear 1 = 1.4 km etc.

The problem is, that it says to do this at rated engine rpm, well I can't find what that should be.

Any ideas????

Well

The tractor seems to be running much slower than it used to, so to see whether this a figment of my imagination or a mechanical fault, I thought I'd check it.

I would say that "rated engine rpm", as Kubota would refer to it, would be PTO speed.

As per my owners manual and spec sheet for the B2920 the "rated" engine speed is the maximum rpm that the engine is rated for in my case 2800rpm.

Does this correlate to pto speed...depends on which pto mid or rear?

Best way is to go online and check the spec sheet for your model.
