I am 15 years old. Summer is here and I am looking for a job. I have my B2910 and need a way to haul it. With my york rake and FEL it comes to a total length of 18'. The width of the tractor is 5'. I would like to have a little extra room for a backhoe attachment. I was looking at getting a 18' with an addition 2' dove tail. I am wondering if I should get something any longer. My question is though how long would a backhoe attachment be. I figure I can let the backhoe arm and bucket hang through the center if I get to. By doing that can I get away with a 18' trailer without the dovetail. By doing this I won't have to wait 5 weeks for them to build the other one. Any input on this?

Thanks,
Knowles

My trailer is 16' and I carry my B2910 with backhoe on it, so 18' should be plenty long.

My 2710 with backhoe fits perfectly on an 18 foot without dovetail.
You'll need to consider using a short plank on the drop down ramps
to ease the transition for the BH. ...RayBee /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
