as part of a new clutch job on my Case IH 255, the Mitsubishi one, the clutch wasn't all that bad but the shifting fork was a mess. I thought these pics might help some others who have had shifting problems with this series of tractors. Everything wears, but the wear pattern here is pretty interesting.
Looks like this was in bad alignment and only got worse. But I bet someone here knows exactly what caused this to fail, beyond normal wear and tear, which I hope on a 1000 hour tractor is not the norm. Drew
