transmission failure

Massey-Ferguson 50e year 1987
When depressing the reverse pedal the transmission does not always engage.Also experience failure in forward when on an incline. What is the correct weight fluid for this system? Does anyone know where I can get a Service Manual cheap? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Service manual I would search on line, you may be able to find the information you need, the other option is ebay. Have you checked to see if the fluid is low?
