This is considered OCD? I only tow 2k-10k trailers and mostly spring-late fall. Part of my "opening season" maitence is to check tire pressure, Inspect for damage and lube things up. Il generaly check the tire pressure about every other month after that.
Something else I didnt think about is people dragging there trailer tires of curbs and such. Add in the constant weight of a camper and generaly there more campers on the road and less experienced people towing them and theres another recipe for the "china bomb" theory.
