Trailer size?

The 0% financing has got me - I'm planning on taking advantage of it before it ends. Even though I don't own it yet, this is a question for those of you who do own a BX:

I own a Haulmark Low Hauler trailer... with the ROPs folded, the FEL on, and the BH extended a bit (so it won't be as tall) do you think a BX23 would fit into an enclosed trailer with interior dimensions of 65"high x 96"wide x 14'4" long? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

My trailer is over two hours away /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif so a test fit would take some planning - trying to save myself the trip if there's no chance of it fitting.

Sometime in the past week or so, someone posted that he had just taken delivery of a new BX23, and provided a link to some pix of him unloading it from an enclosed trailer. Sorry I don't recall who it was, but if you look through the two Kubota forums you're bound to see it.

Looked like a tight fit, but it worked!

I believe it will fit, although it will be very close on the height measurement. My BX-23 w/ 60" MMM is stored in a shed with 7' wide doors, so a 96" wide trailor should be plenty wide. With the backhoe turned to the side (which will interfere with folding the ROPs down just a bit) and the FEL bucket in the dump position, the length comes out to 13' and change. The height appears to be about 64" - not a lot of room to play with.

Hi there,
It was me who posted the pictures. I used a haulmark enclosed to pick up my bx. You will be fine on the height and width. The one I used was 16 foot on the interior and there was a foot or so left over. The backhoe wasn't a height issue. The highest point was the rops. Search for "My bx23 photos" in the Kubota pricing and buying forum to see the pictures of the fit in the trailer. Hope this helps.
