Traded a six pack for ....

We have a great little shop at work. Everyone gets along and the boss doesn't really mind if you have your own little projects as long as they don't interfere with your work. There are two machinists, two welders, two millwrights, a mechanic and two electrical technicians (both of us have electronics backgrounds). There are three separate plants at our site, clay brick, concrete pipe and bridge structures and concrete block (which includes all kinds of architectural products). The best part of the job to me is the hours of work, mine are 7:00am - 3:30pm and a lot of them are 6:00am - 2:00pm and the fact that I can cycle to work in the warmer weather (its about 3 miles one way)

That sounds like a good place to work.
I'm at work at 6 am too, but don't get off till 5 pm - of course it's 4 days a week.............. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Nice looking bucket but that baby needs some teeth to do any serious digging. Will you be doing some dental work and adding some, or do you want to see how it's going to do first without them?
