Ha ahahahh!! Ain't that the truth. The telephone is the preferred method to contact Power Trac about everything. That part of their system works perfectly. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

In a time when people are cutting service, I'll take the telephone over the e-mail. Our garbage collection service missed picking up on Monday because of a little ice. They used to make it up the next day, now they will pick it up next week. Services keep dropping and Power-Trac still answers their telephone.
