Small tree, no reason to drag out a big saw. And yes, sometimes I wish my bucket (and tractor) were bigger.. its a 6 foot bucket, the biggest one rated for my tractor I believe.

Oh , like my ms362 or something.. heck even my ms260 would be too big for the job.. the little top handled guy was just about perfect.

I never considered a 50 cc saw a big saw, to me big starts at 55cc, heres an example of what consider a big saw..............

I wont be far behind......... I bought it back in (03) for over $700.00, in (09) I had to go down to a smaller 50cc saw.

My father had a Stihl about that size years ago. He had bought a woodlot down in Hebron that had some good sized hardwood on it. It had a 36" bar and I remember at least one maple or oak that put that saw through it's paces. That was a long, long time ago though.

I like having a mix of smaller wood along with split wood, I can pack a much more dense woodpile. I age mine 3 years so it still dries fine.
