Tractor stalled and will not restart. Replaced the fuel filter and tried to bleed the system but no fuel seems to be flowing. Pulled the line from the input side of the fuel pump and fuel flows well. Pulled line from output side of fuel pump and cranked the ignition and no fuel comes out. Should I replace the fuel pump or am I missing something?

Confused when you say fuel pump. The fuel comes from the fuel tank to the lift pump that is on the left side towards the rear of engine. The lift pump puts out about 4lbs of pressure and is a diaphram pump. From the lift pump, fuel goes into the fuel filter and then into the injector pump. If you're calling the lift pump a fuel pump, then there is a chance the diaphram has a hole in it or there are little check valves in the lift pump which may be stuck or bad. The lift pump can be taken apart to diagnose but unfortunately no repair parts and it has to be purchased as a complete pump. You may even have some debris in it. I think a member mentioned taking out a few bugs that stopped the lift pump from working.

On my CK20HS the fuel comes out of the tank and goes down (gravity feed) to the fuel filter and then gravity feeds to the fuel feed pump. I was referring to the fuel feed pump. We followed the fuel all the way to fuel feed pump but when we turn the engine over fuel does not come out. any thoughts?

Does the feed pump make the usual clicking noise. May be a blown fuse for the feed pump.

sounds like you have air prior to inj pump, bleed lines again.... get fuel to pump

I had a similar problem on my diesel zero turn mower after I replaced the fuel filter. I had the gasket blocking the part of the filter where the fuel was supposed to flow.
