I don't see it as a rant at all, Have the same issue with my mixed hardwood property up north with trespassing hunters assuming they have every right to erect stands and put bait stations on my posted ground. I've acquired more than one tree stand and multiple game cams over the years. I don't leave a note, I remove them immediately. Ground is well posted and marked every 150 feet with a Tee post, top painted bright red and signage stating 'private property, no trespassing' every 1000 lineal feet. Don't matter, slob hunters either cannot read or they just don't care. I do.
Besides, here in Michigan, State laws says explicitly that any stand or blind must be removed from any and all lands (including State owned) at the end of hunting season or face forfeiture. Have state lands abutting my property, guess they assume my ground is state ground even though it's posted. I don't mind hunters encroaching on my ground so long as they are tracking an animal and it enters my property. I do mind them 'setting up house' on my ground I pay taxes on and have for my own use however.
You erect a stand or a blind or now illegal baiting station on my ground, don't expect it to be there when you return to hunt, because it most likely won't be there.
