Tractor shopping, advice requested

My nephew is tractor shopping and found this on Craig's List. Opinions please, I'll pass them along next week. He has the trailer to haul it home, approx. 350 miles.

price is suspiciously low somewhere between 35-50% low, beware of either scammers (most likely) or there's possibly something wrong.

It does seem on the unusually cheap side. Your nephew picking it up is a plus, but I certainly wouldn't put any money up before arriving with the trailer.

Since it's 350 miles away he decided to pass. That would be a 3 day trip, into Chicago.
