It's a Swedish tractor and I have one of those!
The band is possible "Kjellas traktorkapell" (something like Kjell's tractor band), they are known for including this tractor when they play and most of their songs are related to tractor/farming etc.
Quick info: Bolinder Munktell Victor orVolvo T230 (mostly different color). 31 or 33 hp (depending on year), 2 cylinder diesel. 5F/1R gearbox, 3point hitch but without any draft control (was still patented by Ferguson at the time). Produced 1955-1961.
