Oil & Fuel Tractor looses power

Mahindra 4010. Driving tractor after 4 minutes starts to die, changed paper fuel filter. Still dies I let idle about 20min it dies. I don稚 see another fuel filter. Called local service they said to change 2nd filter I can稚 find it???

From the filter you already changed their is two gas lines- one from the tank and one going toward the engine. That fuel line headed to the engine should go through a second filter. I’m not 100% on that model but the typical would be a spin on filter that looks like an oil filter.

Edit: a quick google search didn’t turn up a second filter. If it doesn’t have a second filter check to make sure the tank isn’t plugged where the fuel line attaches (somewhat common) and make sure a fuel line didn’t rot internally causing a blockage (somewhat less common). I’d also call the dealer back and verify it has a second filter.....maybe ask the parts person to produce a part number and cost- their book should have a schematic.

I live in Jones, Michigan which is 30 minutes north of goshen

One thing to try that is free, assuming that you've already checked the fuel for contamination, if fuel tank venting. Simply start it with the fuel cap off, or at least very loose, to test.
