Tractor Keys

What keys did you get with your tractor? Mine came with the big one (like a gm car key). I got tangled up the other day getting off of the tractor and bent one. I went to the dealer to get another key and the little one was the one that they listed at the parts counter. I like it better because it does not stick out as much. The guy a the parts counter told me the big key was just like a skid steer key.

Mine came with two of the bigger keys.

The smaller key on the right is supposed to be the tractor key so it doesn't stick out so far, not as easy to catch you leg on.

I got four of the small ones. same key will start any Bobcat built since 1993 my dealer told me.

I broke my original gm style key off before the tractor was ten hours old. Have been starting it with the stub and a pair of pliers ever since.

The small keys were $4 a piece but you had to buy 2.

I used to inadvertently shut off my DK35 and knock out the turn signal switch with my knees until I ground them down as shown in this thread:

Mine is in a different position than this. It is directly at my knee and completely ungaurded. I am eventually going to braze a flat circular knob onto the stub.
