Tractor ID Help

My dad came across this while going through a bunch of stuff on the property he's trying to sell. Just wondering if it might be anything special. Will hopefully get some more pics tomorrow. Thanks in advance for any help.

$800-$1000 would be a lot closer for a runner "here".

Thanks for the input. The serial number is B67717 which dates it at 1944.
