I have a Kubota BX2200 (60 inch deck) and I am looking at Trac-Vac leaf vacuums. I had been thinking of getting a model 580 but am told I need a model 880 (larger motor and hose). Frankly the extra $600 seems a lot to me and I'm wondering if the 580 would do the job or not. I believe I could live with taking it a bit slower picking up the leaves using the smaller unit given the price difference. Anyone out there have experience with these two products?

I have used a Trac-Vac (the 5 hp version)for the past five years mowing my front lawn with 40" deck on a Gravely. It does a pretty good job of picking up leaves/Zoyzia grass. With a 60" deck you would really need the larger size. I had thought that in the near future I might get a belly mower for my B7300 and still use the Trac Vac and the company said that I would need to stick with the smaller mower

I wonder if anyone out there has tried the Agri-Fab Mow'nVac. I was about to buy a Trac-Vac and I saw an Agri-Fab at Tractor supply for under $900. Looks about the same to me. Anyone have expeirence with these?

The boot from Trac-Vac is engineered to fit on the mower shoot, the Agri-Fab is a one boot fits all but fits none well. Go with the Trac-Vac, they also have intregal mount hitch model.
