I have a Toyosha tiller (Model:AS1550) made by Toyosha Company Ltd.

Does anyone knew where to get a users manual in english for it?

Welcome to TBN.

Toyosha built tractors for Massey Ferguson, Allis Chalmers and Simplicity for quite a while. Not sure about the implement relationship, but you may get one of those dealers to "dig" a little to see if there are manuals available.
