last but not least the JD manure spreader, made out of metal(not diecast) about 10 in long and quite heavy.

That one piece is an old hay loader for wagons. I would put the vintage into a possible 40's to early 50's? some nice old pieces. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

beleive u are right on the age of them as i do think my parents gave them to me as a youngster being i was born in 42 that would seem about right. i remember a JD tractor that went with the spreader but can;t tell u what happened to that.

I believe it was the A or B that was with it. They should be worth a good dollar to the right collector.

I search for something like Farmall, and then hit "List high price" first to see what tractors are out there, and then "low price first" to get to smaller items like doodads, toys, ect.

It is a start to give you a relative idea. For good pricing, there are surely collectors pages if you search.

It is amazing what is out there though!
