Torque wrenches

I’m sure that everyone knows to twist the torque setting (post beam and pre-electronic) back close to zero before storing ., You should not set the torque to 150 for example and just put the tool away, crank it down before storage.

Good point. I always do that to mine, but I know of a couple guys that get busy and put them away without doing that. Then the next time they go to use it it's *&%&* I forgot!

Check out Tekton. Itç—´ a family owned business from Michigan that imports 75% of their tools from Taiwan, 20% are made in USA, and 3% from China.

I did a lot of research and found that Tekton tools hits the sweet spot between price and quality. And all their tools have a lifetime warranty.

I have their 1/2in torque wrench which I really like.

My current favorite tool is Tektonç—´ 18in 3/8in non-quick release ratchet. It provides great reach and leverage and its slim design fits well into tight spaces.
