torque specs for allis B manifold

Trying to get my restoration of the B complete this month. I can't find any specs on the torque for the manifold. These are 5/16 bolts I believe, and max torque value is somewhere around 25. I am concerned though that the ears on the end of the manifold would be able to stand that much pressure. Anyone got any ideas on this?

From the G, B&C and CA service manual I have in the B-C section it says 20 ft. lbs. See attached pics of extract from manual:

Thanks for the comeback Gator. 20 lbs it is. Eighteen months of reconstruction on this little girl which has been a nightmare at times. Getting to the finish line though. This is my first project and my next will be much faster, smarter, and better looking.
