Toro Mulching blade

After purchasing a Toro timecutter 32 with mulching kit I was loving the mower but hating it's mulching capability as it did not mulch but laid down a strip of cut grass that had to be ran over a second time that only scattered the cut grass. I also have a Snapper ZT with Ninja blade mulching kit that does a superb job of mulching. I cut both ends off an extra Ninja blade and welded the ends on the toro blade. Now the blade has three sharp cutting edges instead of the two the Ninja blade had. Now the Toro mulches better than the Snapper did. If you try this you need to either be a good welder or take it to someone who is and don't forget to balance the blade.
