Top rated internet Web forums

Muhammad,
I know tractorbynet is a high rated forum( no suprise here) who and how decides or rates these forums? What are some other top rated forums? Is there a list somewhere that lists the top forums? If there are other forums as good as this one I would like to know where/ what they are.
Just curious.I spend a lot of time here at this forum,because I thoroughly enjoy this one .

There really isn't one agency that ranks forums ... that would be a nice idea for a website, though. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

I often find out about good forums by word of mouth... how this forum grew.

I was thinking I seen a post somewhere,where this forum was one of the higher rated forums,I mean it is number 1 in my book.Anyway.................Thanks just the same..
