Top-n-tilt for BX

Hello all,

I recently purchase a new BX2370-1 and am putting rear remotes on it. Once complete, I want to get a hydraulic top link and a hydraulic side link. I think it was CCM (whom I bought the htl for my M8540 years ago) who had the top-n-tilt packages. After searching the web, it looks like haytools took over for CCM... but they don't have the side links.

Anyway... does anyone know a resource out there to get a HTL and side link for a BX?
