Mission accomplished. What a pia getting the box onto the hitch. Having the weight on certainly does feel good as did lifting the box with the bucket. Confidence restored thanks to dcyrilc.

Mine was $215, but that was discounted because I bought it with the tractor. I think the full list on them is about $300 now.
You can get similar quick hitches from Harbor Freight for much less, like $80 or so, but I wouldn't recommend the HF model. I got one to use for my front quick hitch build and was not happy with the quality or the way it fits the attachments. In my opinion, the original JD iMatch is worth the money.
There are other brands that may be OK as well, but I don't have any experience with them.
