Tooth bars

I have a Kioti CK20 with a KL120 FEL with a 54" bucket. I ordered the bucket and a tooth bar when I ordered the tractor and just now received the bar and it is 2'' smaller and dosen't fit over the edge of the bucket very well at all. Looks like they sent me a bar for a heavier duty tractor. I'm told by the dealer that I should just use some washers and that most of the torqe is on the lip of the bucket, look at these pictures and tell me what you think.
