Tool box for a L2800DT Tractor.

Hi, Can I buy a tool box made to mount on my tractor for wrenches and other tools? I don't know why Kubota doesn't put tool boxes on all there tractors because they should.

I've seen a pertty orange tool box at my Kuboto dealer for about $20.00. You'll have to find a place to mount it as they haven't seen the need for a tool box. I used one I already had and mounted it between the rops. See the atachment.

That is great place to mount it, I had planned to do that but.. I took my L3400 in for a rear remote to be added and the valve is mounted to the right side of the Rops. Scratch that Idea. If your not going to put a remote on that is perfect.

I found a small box and mounted it on the left fender. It is not big enough for tools but is great for small stuff like my sun glasses and door opener.

I also added a 4 inch PVC to the rops that holds a can of deep woods off.

I zip tied a two pocket tool pouch to the L/H side of my ROPS to hold a 15/16, 9/16 combination wrenches and a hook, if I need anything else then something is broke and I will probably need more than what a small tool box can carry anyway.

Here is mine on a L3000DT. I wanted something on the fender and I found these small toolboxes at a hardware store. I bolted it to the fender. I also removed the handle and filled the holes with blind rivets. painted it kubota orange and hey i had a little tool box.
On the link i have some photos of my skidplate also . I need to get a photo of my 2 gallon water jug holder that attaches to the FEL control.
