Too much seat time?

I had noticed noticed this with the JD790 seat, but my Mahindra 1538 seat is so tight that there is zero air movement between the seat and me. And no there has not been any significant increase in the amount of me that contacts the seat as maybe some of you were about to suggest. I can't be the only one that ends up with a wet bum after an hour in the seat. So what is the best way to ventilate? Back when I was a kid and air conditioning in autos was only for the luxury vehicles, there was a nylon mesh seat that could be placed on the vinyl seat to keep one from sticking. But I have not seen one of those in years. Do the wooden beads seat covers that cab drivers use work the same way? Suggestions?

It's worth a try to sit on the beads. Might be tough to keep them in place though. The distraction could be dangerous.

Ordered this and tried it this past weekend. Amazon.com: Allison 39-3236 Arctic Cool Wire Spring Aircool Cushion: Automotive . Need to do some adjustments with some shims for a more comfortable seat.
