We scored TP at Costco today! Not the Kirkland brand though... this was Charmin... hope my butt can make the adjustment.

I used to work next door to a cleaning business run by a guy and his wife. He was always fussing at her about something (our walls were thin!).
One day it was TP. Guy was yelling "You use too much TP!"
Wife politely said women are made different. "Well I can get by on just two squares a day, you use a whole roll every #%$#@ few days!".
Wife..."No wonder your a** stinks".

last week my local store had ice cream on sale...50% off. now proud owner of 6 - quarts of dryers ice cream (Not hording...just love ice cream)...and some hot fudge. store was stocked with everything except TP, cat litter and dog food.

but we have plenty of TP. the wife has always maintained a years supply since we built the house in 1996. main reason is because Costco was quite a drive away, and easier to buy in bulk. We just gave 6 rolls to a friend today as they were down to 2 rolls.

Somebody asked recently how many trees to make a roll of toilet paper. One tree will make about 100 lbs of TP, or almost 1500 rolls.

Like so many people though, they act like it's wrong to cut trees. Don't they realize that trees are plants, and will grow back?

Yeah. And I have shot and killed wildlife like deer and eaten them too. And they are definitely alive and have feelings. All life feeds on life. This is the order of things.

Geese are scary enough. I was watching a flock fly over my head yesterday, while making sure to keep my mouth closed "Just in case".

I once heard an interview with a book author and it claimed that robins (and other birds) are dinosours. Never forgot that. At least a bird doesn't torture its prey like my orange (viking favoured) cat.
