Mowed grass. Beautiful day! Supposed to rain and perhaps storm shortly...

You going to keep the other tractor also?

I have done a lot of work on it and I am kind of attached to it. It is set up pretty well with smaller implements and I am going to try too keep it but I will have to see how it goes outfitting the new one. There is work for both here.

Today I ran my 7 foot offsetable rear blade turned backwards on the M5640 down the edge of our soft road so the water would run off better as the snow melted. Water is running every where here with 2 days in the 70's all of a sudden. Using the offset I was able to get the blade sticking outside the rear tire on the ditch side at least.

Today, I and my bride were digging out our barn so we can put concrete in to store hay on. I am going to start a thread on the projects thread but here's a sneak preview. Took several hours of digging, that was a lot of fun.

Looks like some solid ground you two are digging up. Fun indeed.

Hey Cat... that doesn't look like fun to me! Too many boundaries causing hand work, eh?

Made the R4s look like turf tires there's so much mud in the tread. Lol, sorry for the bad luck, just one of those days.

My tractor sat in the barn for that exact reason lol

Yeah, I don't tend to take my tractors out when it's this bad. I was counting on the Polaris to do what was needed, and it got pretty close to doing what I needed and then...

I decided to take a shortcut with the Kubota to keep from rutting out the other path (that I'd gotten the Polaris stuck in), which required going through (rather than over) this ditch.

Hadn't gotten the Kubota stuck in about three years.

That's exactly why I was willing to wait for the Bobcat. My body still hurts.

I did tell my wife "we are not spreading the gravel" the concrete guy can do that.:D

Brought the tractor out and washed off the winter crud. Removed the plow and snow blower for the season. Added the weight box for now in case it snows again, will use the bucket. Still a month or so before I have to start mowing. Need to get the push plate painted before next season.
