I bought a used New Holland TN75DA. The hitch is specified as a class II/I. It is set up as a class II with larger dia. ball holes, how do you set it up to be used as a class I as all my implements are class I.

I believe that you use adapters on the implement to make the pins larger and the three point check chains should be adjustable to allow them to swing in enough to fit cat 1 implements. At least on my tractors with cat 2 is how it works.

You can find Cat II to I bushings for the top link and lift arms at Tractor Supply and other farm supply stores.

Check your toolbox, should be replacement ends for Class I. Pretty easy to change.

I have a TN70 a bought cat. 1 lower link balls and switch them out as needed. Your tractor will have slotted cat II lower link balls you can slide in and out by removing a retention pin and rotating the balls. I bought mine on e-bay for like 22 bucks each. The work fine
