tn70 won't lift

I WAS WORKING CUTTING FIELDS UNHOOKED ONE CUTTER BACKED UP TO OTHER HOOKED UP BUT WILL NOT LIFT.UNHOOKED STILL NO LIFT CHANGED HY FILTER STILL NO LIFT HELP!!

Do you have the automatic lift system on your tractor? I can't trmrmber exactly how it works but you either have to push the button to activate it or latch it closed to make the 3 pt controls work manually. I don't have the manual for my TD95D handy but I had a similar problem when I first got the tractor and I could not command the lift with the normal lift levers.
