You can raise it up if you need to travel any distance with it , Like getting in to a remote food plot,

1) A chain harrow is a ground engaging implement. The effectiveness of ground engaging implements is proportional to their weight. (until the tractor stalls out) TPH harrows are made of much heavier wire than drag mat chain harrows.

2) The aggressiveness of the chain ends (barbs) are varied by how the mat is oriented but all orientations pull out and retain trash. To drop trash using a TPH chain harrow you raise the TPH + implement, back up the tractor, and almost all trash drops off.

With a drag mat chain harrow you have to shake trash out manually, frequently, an exhausting process.

Take a moment to enter your LSMT347 tractor and your location into your T-B-N profile. State is sufficient for location.

jeff9366: I can't figure out how to insert my location into my T-B-N profile.

1. Click on your "illuminated" screen name in upper right corner.

2. Click on SETTINGS in drop down box.

3. On left side of screen, click on ACCOUNT DETAILS.

4. Scroll down to LOCATION.

Thank for the replies, makes a lot of sense. I have the one you drag & it can be a handful at times. @jeff, I updated my profile, thanks.
