When I was buying my TN-65 last year I noticed that the Titan tires were all cracked that were sitting in the dealers lot while the Goodyears had no cracks at all. I ordered the Goodyears for my tractor and they sent it with Titans and those tires were cracked also so I had my dealer replace them before I took it which was no problem. Has anyone else noticed cracks that look like wether checks in Titan tires? My tractor is 4wd with FEL it has 11.2-24 fronts 16.9-30 rears.

I have Titans on my TC35D. No cracks at all. Other than dirt they look new. Tractor Delivered in July.

I have some 7-16 Titans on the front of my tractor and they have about 450 hours on them. Except for being about 2/3 worn, they are in good shape, with no cracks.

I have Titans on my TC45D (new in July) & have no cracks at all.

Same as the rest - Took possession of my TC29D in May of 2000. The Titan tires still look great - no cracks or signs of use, other than dirt.

I have Titans on my Lx 865 skid steer and at 250 hrs no cracks but about 2/3 worn out

I bought a NH 5030 4wd in 1997 that had Titan 16.9 x 30 R & 11.2 x 24 F and I didn’t notice and cracks when I traded it in on a TN75D 4wd last month. The TN75D also has Titan 16.9 x 30 R & 11.2 x 24 F and they are not cracked either.

inspect those titans carefully the cracks you see are usually a thin layer of rubber film from the mold process left on the tires during manufacturing

They were cracks and at least 60% of the titan tires on the lot had them in the sides of the tires. It was a while ago but I will check again and take some pics if I see them again. It could have been a fluke but when my TN came in it had Titans and they were cracked as well and it was shipped in from the Baltimore pool. I swapped them for Goodyears and haven't had a problem with the Goodyears cracking.
