I have an L3010 with Duo grips that I purchased from Tirechains.com a few years ago. I never really have had an easy time putting them on, I certainly can't do them in 15 minutes. Boy I wish I could! What seems to take the longest time is getting the side springs really tight since I don't want to do it more than once. Last year I got lazy and didn't take them off at all, and I can't see any appreciable wear after using them all summer. My tractor only sees about 100 hours a year so I don't think I'm going to take them off this year, either.
