tips and tricks

i need all the tips and tricks and most of all advice on replacing rear axel seals on both sides of my ym 1510.
all help is appreciated as always.

I am surprized no one has replied yet to your request. I would like to do the same thing on my YM1700. I am going to look at the brake pads as well as the wheel bearings. I have never done any of these things on a tractor yet. I wonder if you will loose all your hydraulic fluid too? Then you can clean or replace the hydraulic filter too. Sorry I wasn't much help.
Do you have a Yanmar dealer near you? I am in Ft Myers area.

no i don't have a dealer near me.
both my rear seals are leaking,and i am sure there are plenty more around . i am almost sure you will loose all the fluid. at least on mine. my breaks are inside the rearend not sure about yours.
i live near spring hill.
