TinyTach question??

Anyone know the size of the BX2200 fuel lines? This is needed info for ordering the Tiny Tach.

I am pretty sure that I purchased and installed the 6mm sensor. I'll verify when I get home tonight.

got home tonight and my new tiny tach was here, i measured the line and it is 6mm. looks like it will be easy to hook up.

What are the advantages of putting a tach on the BX2200? If Kubota did not include one why would you want one? I ask this question because I see a lot of people talking about tachs but do not understand why, sorry for the question, but this is my first real tractor.

It works well for mowing since full throttle isn't needed (3125) to achieve full speed in the mid PTO so that makes it easier on the tractor when breaking it in. Also in heavy tilling conditions you can monitor the RPM and determine proper ground speed, ie slow down if the RPM is dropping. I used the tiny tach a lot this week for a project requiring loading, box scraping and tilling.

How much do they cost and where do you get one, I'd like to put one on my 2200 also...clock would be nice too! Or maybe a radio, cd player, microwave, tv w/ satelite reciver......LOL!!!
