timing a 650g

can anybody tell me how to set the timing..My fly wheel has two makes.which one do i use .is one of these the ten degree mark and the other is tdc mark

sorry i quess i should have told you what kind of tractor it is.Its a satou 650G..somebody said its a mazda motor 979 cc or 989 cc..but cant find any mazda motors that size on the net
