tilted deck one bald caster

hello i have a 3240 with hydraulic lift. the deck goes up and down all the way in the rear. the problem is in the front. when you pick it up to go somewhere th right fron caster is still on the ground. i so far have checkd the lifting arms, they both go all up to hit frame so it is not a travle problem. ihave tried to adjust the front u bolt, in, out, more left, more right, nothing seems to help. any clues what i am doing wrong? any suggestions on what parts might be bad. oh ya it is 48 inch deck. thanks for any help

Is castor adjusted all the way down?

no the casters are one hole from the top. the front right corner just wont come off the ground. left front is up about4 inches.

Sounds like your right front hangar is either disconnected, missing or way out of adjustment.
Does the deck look that far off level from the front?
