Hi All,

Took the box blade off the L3800 last weekend to mount my BH77 backhoe and discovered where the tilt cylinder is rubbing on the right side backhoe baseplate.

Anybody else have this issue or know of a solution? Can I move the upper mounting pin inboard of the lift arm?

I've attached a couple of pics so you can see what the problem is...

Guess I'm fortunate the baseplate wore instead of the cylinder!

Really don't want to have to take the backhoe baseplate off every time I swap implements.

Thanks in advance,

Mark

I didn't see your check chains or telescoping stabilizers installed.
I assume you do use them?
My L3800 tilt cylinder has plenty of clearance between the BH subframe.

You might want to consider moving your box blade pin so that it attaches to the inside. Sounds crazy but it will move your lift arm in about two inches.
Good luck
Ken
