That's an old one, I picked up one new at Lowes for my mom to use in the garden and the tobacco patch way back in 1972. She used it for years, that thing wouldn't die, still ran when she gave up gardening and parked it in the shed. My brother dug it out to haul to the scrap about a month ago. I'll see if he still has it if you need any parts, but I wouldn't be surprised if the engine is locked up.
