Tiller U-Joint issue

I have an iseki rka140 tiller and I need a u-joint for it and tines. It has a 28 mm cap size and length of cap to cap is 79-80mm. Can't find one anywhere. HELP

Also, if anyone needs parts, I have a ta262 that has fire damage.
