Tiller manual?

Hi, I got the tiller with my tractor and while there's a ton of decals explaining operation, adjustments and the like on it, they are of course in Japanese! Are there any manuals in English.

First off, you are missing the gauge wheels and framework. You are also missing the arms and springs for the rear gate.It will function like this but not near as well as it would with them. I'll label a picture and repost.

I would change the fluids with new 90wt. They are known for having water in the fluids. Feel free to add to this , anyone.

I've seen some with gauge wheels but this one has no more mounting positions for anything. Aren't these the springs in the upper right corner?
