Just got done wiring up my new to me Ranger and adding some new stuff. Feels good to have a nice tight well designed 12V system. It wasn't in awful shope when I got it, but it had a winch, stereo and a small LED light bar wired in without a fuse box or ignition relay, so I fixed that. Also I added a bigger LED light bar on front, moved the smaller one to the back, added a 12v USB charger/volt gauge. Still need to add the street legal kit and wire in the winch to the fuse box. These tasks were much easier due to the wide range of elec. connects I inheredted from my dad. I only had to buy 1 type of connector I didn't already have. Just wanted to share my joy with my new 12v system.
