Thumb Thumb for John Deere 48 backhoe

I am planning on mounting a thumb on my John Deere Model 48 backhoe this winter, preferably with hydraulics to connect to the extra valve on my JD 4600. I haven't checked with my dealer yet, but assume John Deere offers this attachment. If they do, I have found no info for one yet on the Internet. Does anyone have experience (performance and price wise) between a John Deere brand (if made) vs. an aftermarket thumb?
