I feel kind of dumb about this but I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happened to, so I thought I'd pass it along.

I took off my backhoe today. Put the three-point arms back on. Moved the lever forward to lower the arms and hook up my landscape rake. Nothing. Stood on the arms. Nothing. Jumped up and down a bit. Tractor off. Disconnected the hydraulic connector and reconnected it. Nothing. Restarted tractor, moved lever back and forth several times, got flashlight to look at mechanism.

Panic ensued and I pulled out my phone to consult TBN. Then it occurred to me that I hadn't checked the speed adjuster under the front of the seat. Turned it in the "Fast" direction a little. Arms dropped immediately. Had a mini celebration :cool2: and went about my day.

So, if your 3 point gets stuck, take a look at that little knob early in your troubleshooting, you might save yourself a panic attack.
